Together with the Pastor, the Diaconate Ministry exercises chief responsibility for the services of worship. They provide pulpit supplies. They prepare and assist at the observance of the Ordinance of the Lord’s Supper and the Ordinance of Believer’s Baptism. They assist the Pastor in visitation and counseling.
The Deacons keep a watchful eye over the needy, the sick, and the afflicted in the church and the community, and are ready to render aid. They support the Christian growth of both the congregation and of individual members. They are here to serve you.
The Trustee Ministry strives through the power of the Holy Spirit, to be used as a vessel for Christ in this branch of Zion. With Christ as our example, and His ministry as our model, we serve in unity, we embrace the vision of the church and support the work of the Pastor in the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ.
We support the ministry of the Church by giving oversight to maintenance and care of church properties; managing the fiscal operations; serving as legal custodians; and promoting the unity of the body of Christ at Greater Harvest Church. We are always looking for volunteers to help with our Building and Grounds Ministry and Security Ministry.
To offers new visitors and established church members alike a chance to feel loved, cared for and respected. It is designed to make worshipers feel comfortable and at ease in our church.
All together we will serve you as a team in order to create a “welcoming” atmosphere. Members of our Greeters Ministry will probably be, for most, the first people our guests will encounter in the process of finding their way into the community of Greater Harvest Church. This is both a great challenge and a great responsibility. We would love you to be a part.

The purpose of the Music Ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship. The Music Ministry spreads the Word of God through music experiences. We praise the Lord through the keyboard, organ, drums and our voices. We have both adult and youth choirs. So there is a place for your gift.
As a church, marketing is our ability to understand and adjust how people perceive the holy through the Greater Harvest Church experience. Through effective communication, we help define the internal and external community’s connection with us. We humbly understand that this communication impacts their decision toward Christ. We provide social media, electronic, still photography and video services to assist Greater Harvest leadership and ministries in reaching a number of audiences.
The Women’s of the Word Ministry is a vision of Greater Harvest Church to assist and challenge women of all walks of life to walk in their ordained purpose given by God.

The Health and Fitness Ministry encourages, supports and empowers leaders who integrate faith with the promotion of health and wholeness in the local church community. We believe that physical wholeness is an integral part of spiritual wholeness. Through diet, exercise and healthy life choices we can have access to all that Christ intended for the Body.
The Greater Harvest Church Missionary Ministry is committed to fulfilling the greater mission of the faith community: to unite the faith community in a fuller understanding and participation in the responsibility for worldwide witness and ministry; to work to cultivate a missionary conviction into the hearts of all people; to provide resources for in-depth mission and evangelism education.
We frequently visit the sick, sponsor clothing and food drives. We keep healthy connections with all members to promote internal and external evangelism efforts. We would love for you to take an active role in the ministry.
We believe that young people are the lifeblood of the church’s future. Whether it is through Children’s church, junior greeter’s, youth choir, spoken word or devotion, we would love for our young people to step up and be heard and felt in the Body of Christ.
The Men of Faith Ministry dedicated to helping men be the godly men God calls us to be. Being spiritual means serving your church, family and neighbor, while being a godly example to all.
The mission of the Men of Faith Ministry is to provide men with resources to develop godly character and to equip them to influence their world for Christ. We would encourage strong men to become an integral part of this ministry.
